يتناول هذا البحث ثنائية المقيد والغير المقيد من جمل الوصل في اللغتين الألمانية والعربية. يتعرض البحث أولا إلى النظريات التي طرحت لغرض التمييز بين المقيد وغير المقيد من جمل الوصل, خصوصا تلك النظريات التي عزت هذا التباين لأسباب إصواتية, كتلك التي جاء بها Vallauri (1994). لكن يبدو أن التفسيرات الصوتية غير ناجعة, فلا نجد لها دورا في تمييز المقيد من غير المقيد من جمل الوصل, لا في العربية ولا في الألمانية. و مرد ذلك إلى حيازة جمل الوصل في كلا اللغتين على ذات السمات الصوتية. وسيظهر لنا أن القول الفصل سيكون للعامل الدلالي, فهو العامل الأنجع للتمييز بين المقيد وغير المقيد من جمل الوصل في كلا اللغتين, مضافا إلى ذلك بعض الأدوات التي يمكن اعتبارها علامات دالة على كل نوع منها.
This paper deals with the restrictive/nonrestrictive relative clauses in German and Arabic. I will, first of all, be concerned with some theories that have been provided to define the restrictive and the nonrestrictive relative clauses, particularly with the phonetic hypothesis. It will be, then, shown that the phonetic aspect is unable to give clear answers in this respect. The best way to determine restrictivity in both languages is, I think, by implementing of semantic indicators. |
