يعد موضوع الاتجاهات Attitude من الموضوعات المهمة التي نالت اهتمام الباحثين والمفكرين في نظرية المنظمة والسلوك التنظيمي لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في مجال مختلف الدراسات في هذا المجال , اذ تشير الدلائل الميدانية الى ان الافراد في حياتهم اليومية او حياتهم المهنية يستجيبون للأحداث المعينة من خلال مجموعة ميول داخلية Internal tendencies سلبية او ايجابية وبطريقة نظامية. وهذه الميول (الاتجاهات) تمتاز بكونها غير مرئية ولا تقتصر على حدود معينة, ويشترك فيها عدد لا يستهان به من الافراد داخل المنظمات او المجتمع. يهدف البحث الى محاولة التعرف على تأثير الاتجاهات في اخلاقيات الوظيفة العامة للافراد العاملين, وذلك من خلال عينة مكونة من (72) طبيبا و(60) موظفا إداريا من العاملين في مدينة الحسين (ع) الطبية في محافظة كربلاء , ولقد اعتمد الباحثان على استمارة الاستبيان من اجل جمع البيانات اللازمة, وتم اخضاعها الى جملة من التحليلات الإحصائية بهدف اختبار فرضية البحث التي تنص على انه اذا كان هنالك تأثير معنوي للقيم في اخلاقيات الوظيفة العامة للفرد . ولقد توصل الباحثان في نهاية بحثهما الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات من بينها أن للاتجاهات دور فعال ومحدد للتأثير في سلوك الأطباء والاداريين في المستشفى وعلى الادارة العليا ان تأخذ ذلك بنظر العناية. ان للاطباء والاداريين دور اساس في توطيد القيم الاخلاقية والثقافية في العمل من أجل الوصول الى اداء جيد وكفء في المستشفى. Attitude is an important subject that has attracted researchers and thinkers in organizational theory and organizational behavior because of its great importance in various field studies. Field evidence suggests that individuals in their daily lives or careers respond to specific events through a set of internal tendencies Internal tendencies are negative or positive and systematic. These trends tend to be invisible, not limited to certain boundaries, and involve a significant number of individuals within organizations or society. The research aims to identify the impact of trends in the ethics of public service workers for individuals, through a sample of (72) doctors and (60) administrative staff workers at Al-Hussein Medical City in Karbala.The two researchers used questionnaire in order to collect the necessary data, and was subjected to a series of statistical analyzes in order to test the hypothesis, which states that there is a significant effect of values in the public service ethic of the individual. At the end of the research, the researchers concluded a number of conclusions, including that the trends have an effective and specific role to influence the behavior of doctors and administrators in the hospital and senior management should take this into account. Doctors and administrators have a key role in promoting ethical and cultural values in order to achieve a good and efficient functioning in the hospital. |
