هدفت الدراسة إلى نشر ثقافة الاداء الكفء بين الملاكات التمريضية بما يسهم وتحقيق رعاية صحية ذات جودة عالية، وتوضيح دور التمريض في تطوير رعاية صحية ذات جودة عالية ، فضلاً عن توضيح كيفية الوصول لمعايير وطنية لجودة الرعاية ألصحية في العراق. لذا فقد تناولت الدراسة كفاءة الاداء التمريضي بوصفها المتغير التفسيري، وجودة الرعاية الصحية بوصفها المتغير الاستجابي، ولكون القطاع الصحي يمثل اهم الركائز الاساسية لبناء مجتمع صحي خال من الأمراض، لذا فقد تم تحديد مستشفى ابن النفيس وملاكه التمريضي مجتمعاً للدراسة، ولكي تكون النتائج موضوعية وتعكس واقع جودة الخدمة الطبية وأكثر دقة استخدم الباحث أسلوب العينة العشوائية في اختيار عينة الدراسة المكونة من 60 ممرض حيث تم توزيع 70 استبانة تم استرجاع 60 منها والبقية غير صالحة بسبب عدم الاجابة عن جميع الفقرات. وبناءً على قياس متغيرات الدراسة وتشخيصها واختبار علاقات الارتباط والتأثير بينها، توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان من بينها ان الانسجام والتعاون بين اعضاء الفريق التمريضي يسهم في خلق بيئة عمل جيدة تدفع نحو اداءٍ افضل، اذ ان العمل بروح الفريق هو احد المقومات الاساسية لتقديم رعاية صحية تحظى بالقبول والتقدير من المستفيدين من تلك الخدمة، كما ان التدريب يؤثر بشكل فاعل في تطوير المهارات الفنية والادارية للممرضين ويعمل على تقويم السلوكيات غير المرغوبة بما يسهم في تقديم رعاية صحية ذات جودة عالية، وقد جرى وضع مجموعة من التوصيات بناءً على ما توصلت اليه هذه الدراسة من استنتاجات، فضلا عن اقتراح بعض المقترحات التي تعزز جوانب هذه الموضوعات, ويتكون البحث بمجمله من اربعة مباحث وهي كالاتي : المبحث الاول: الاطار النظري وفيه كفاءة الاداء التمريضي وتنمية وتطوير الاداء التمريضي بيان وجودة الرعاية الصحية, المفهوم والاسلوب والمتطلبات. المبحث الثاني : الاطار المنهجي للبحث والمنهجية المستخدمة فيه وتم بيان مشكلة البحث واهميته واهدافه والمخطط المقترح وفرضيات البحث وميدان البحث متمثلاً بمجتمع البحث والعينة المختارة المبحث الثالث :الاطار العملي للبحث وفيه عرض النتائج وتحليلها وتفسيرها واختبار فرضيات الارتباط والتأثير. المبحث الرابع : الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات واهم الاستنتاجات التطبيقية. The study aimed to spread the culture of efficient performance between nursing staffs, which would contribute and achieve health care quality, and to clarify the role of nursing in improving the quality of high-quality health care, as well as to clarify how to reach national standards for the quality of health care in Iraq, Therefore, the study dealt with the efficiency of nursing performance as an explanatory variable, and the quality of health care as a dependent variable. The fact that the health sector is the foundation for building a healthy society free from diseases, so hospital of IBN AL-NAFIS as an institution and it's nursing teams were taken as a community for this study. The results to be objective and reflect the reality of the quality of medical service and more accurate, the researcher used a random sampling method in the selection of the study sample consisting of 60 nurse where a questionnaire was distributed 70 were retrieved 60 of them, and the rest is not valid due not to answer on all paragraphs. Based on the measured variables of the study, diagnosis and testing correlations and influence among them, the study found a set of conclusions, including that of harmony and cooperation between members of the nursing team helps to create a good working environment to drive toward for a better performance, Where the teamwork is an essential ingredient to provide health care acceptable and appreciation of the beneficiaries of that service, also that training affects in the development of technical skills and management for nurses and works to improve unwanted behaviors, which would contribute to health care quality. Set of recommendations were founds based on what this study conclusions, as well as submit some proposals that enhance aspects of these topics |
