تعد التنمية العمرانية المستديمة الأداة الكفيلة بحل إشكالية اندثار التراث العمراني، انطلاقا من معرفة مكامن المشكلات التراثية العمرانية من خلال اعتماد التنمية المستديمة للحفاظ على المعالم التراثية بالتقليل من تأثير العوامل الهادمة، و بترميمها على وفق المواد بنائها و تصاميمها و باقي التوسمات العمرانية في احترام التصاميم التقليدية و مواد البناء المحلية، أو الضارة بعد تعيينها، وإعادة تأهيل النسيج الحضري ومبانيه التراثية، من أجل إعادة إحياء المبنى التراثي وظيفيا أو إعادة تدوير مواده الإنشائية في عمليات ترميم المباني الأخرى في حال القرار بإزالته. يعرض البحث الخطط والاستراتيجيات والتوجيهات الخاصة بالتراث المستديم، و منهجياته، فضلا عن الحلول الذكية للحفاظ على التراث والتدريب، والتعليم وبناء القدرات والإمكانيات، وتكنولوجيا وإدارة المعلومات، والممارسات المستديمة ضمن وسائل الإعلام الاجتماعية المختلفة و خطط تنموية عمرانية متكاملة و نهج تطويري شامل
Urban sustainable development is considered a critical tool to resolve the problem of the disappearance of architectural heritage. Departing from a basic knowledge about problems of urban sustainable development to maintain the monuments heritage minimizing the impact of genomics factors, and restore it according to its building materials and designs, and the rehabilitation of the urban fabric and heritage buildings, in order to revive the heritage of the building functionally or recycling of construction materials in the restoration of buildings and other operations in the removal procedure. The present study displays the plans, strategies and guidelines for sustainable heritage and its methodologies, as well as genuine solutions to preserve the heritage and training, education, resources and capacity building, information technology and management, sustainable practices within the different social media and integrated urban development plans, and comprehensive developmental approach. |
