الحمد لله وحده لا شريك له، الذي سخّر كل شيءٍ لعبادته، وصلّى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله الطيبين الأطهار وعلى صحبه الأخيار وعلى من سلك سبيلهم الى يوم الدين. أما بعد: لقد وردت أحاديثٌ عدّة في أصناف النساءِ اللواتي لُعِنَّ فيها، و إنّ الغاية من بحثي في هذا الموضوع كانت لبيان تلك الأصناف والوقوف على الأسباب التي ادت الى اللعن في الحديث الشريف الذي جاء مؤكداً على ان افعال هذه الأصناف من النساء إنما كانت وليدة الجاهلية ولا تمّت للإسلام بصلة، وحين جاء الإسلام – معلّمُ المسائلِ الفقهية – أسّس القواعد المتينة والمنظّمة لجميع أمور الدين والدنيا ليكونَ بذلك نقطة انقلاب وتحول في عادات و أعراف الناس، و لم يقتصر التغيير في الأعراف الاجتماعية و القبلية على الرجال فحسب، بل تعدى ليشمل النساء ايضا ففصّل النبيّ صلى الله عليه و آله وسلّم و Praise be to God, who is by His Power, righteous is done, and by His help to slaves who He likes, and God bless our Prophet Muhammad envoy mercy to the worlds, and upon his family and the good mates until Doomsday.After: The fact that cursing is the far distance and expulsion from the mercy of God, curse has been proven by him - peace be upon him - for the many varieties in the Sunnah, with indication of a permit cursing the insurgents from the people of Qibla, either saying - peace be upon him -: (the believer never be as a curser ...), what is meant by those who do not deserve damnation of those not cursed God and His Messenger, and for this we must remove words cursing from the Dictionary of our words following the example of Prophet Quran - peace be upon him - and must differentiate between the wrath of God and curse , |
