الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله r، وعلى آله وصحبه ومن اهتدى بهداه. من المعلوم عند المسلمين كافّة ما للسنة النبوية من مكانةٍ عظيمةٍ في هذا الدين، فهي المصدر الثاني للتشريع، لكن لما شاب هذه السنة شيئاً من أخطاء الأتباع، وتجنيات الأعداء، بدأ المسلمون في التحري عن رواتها من حيث توفر شروط العدالة والضبط فيهم من عدمها؛ لتمييز ما يثبت نسبته للنبي r منها، عمّا أُدْخِلَ فيها، فنشأ علم الجرح والتعديل الذي اختصت به هذه الأمة دون غيرها من الأمم، وكانت أدلة مشروعيته مستمدة من القرآن، والسنة. Thanks to God and prayer on his the prophet (peace and pray of God upon him) and on his family, and companions and followed. It's Known that for all Muslims, the prophetic sunna has its great importance in this religion, It's the second source of legislations, bat because of the mistakes of followers on sunna, and the enemies intentions, Muslims started investigations about novels specially in confidence and memorization to distinguish which is belonged to the prophet (peace be upon him) from that which is not related to him. |
