تناول البحث موضوعاً مهماً من موضوعات فقه المعاملات، وهو كتاب (الذبائح) وأحكامها، ووقفت عند حكم أكل الذبح المجهول مصدره، وذكرت في ثنايا البحث اهتمام الفقهاء بتفصيلات الذبائح والشروط التي وضعوها للذابح وللذبيحة ولآلة الذبح، وبينت فتاوي العلماء المعاصرين وفتاوي المجامع الفقهية في الطرق الحديثة للذبح والتي ظهرت في بلداتنا أو في البلدان الغربية المصدرة للحوم، لأخرج في نهاية البحث ببيان الحكم الشرعي لتلك اللحوم التي نجهل مصدرها ونجهل الطريقة التي تم ذبحها، والموضوع يكتسب أهميته لكون الذبح ليس من الأمور العادية التي يتصرف فيها الإنسان كيفما يشاء، وإنما هو من الأمور التعبدية التي يجب على المسلم إتباع أحكامها والله يهدي السبيل .
This paper deals with the most important subject of transaction Fiqh, it is (AL-Dabh )book. this search high lights ruling on eating slaughter source; Scholars were elaborate sacrifices and the conditions they have set for the slayer and the sacrifice and machine of slaughter; and Fatwas contemporary scholars، scientists and fatwas jurisprudence academies showed the ways that modern slaughter which appeared in our town or in meat exporting meat from Western countries، to find out the end of the search statement of ruling the meat that do not know the source and do not know how they were slaughtered; The subject acquired its importance to the fact that the slaughter is not the normal things that the human act whatever he wants، but it is of worship things that Muslim must follow its regulations. |
