تقوم أهداف السياسة الخارجية التي اتبعها الأمير فخر الدين المعني الثاني على تنمية ورعاية علاقاته الدبلوماسية والعسكرية مع كافة الدول الأوربية وخاصّة تلك الدول التي كانت على عدم وفاق مع الدولة العثمانية، إذ يمكن القول بأن الأمير فخر الدين كان قد سار على وفق نظرية عدو عدوي صديقي، لذلك وطّد علاقاته الإستراتيجية مع تلك الدول .
Fakhruddin`s policy toward Loveign policy aims to develop & cane his relationships with the countries of Europe diplomatic, military and economic relations with this or that country; So his policy contains holding conventions and treaties with the countries of Europe This is an important step to build a modern civil state independent from the Ottoman Empire |
