ان هناك نوعين من الحمى من حيث التملك؛ الحمى الدائم والحمى القصير الأمد. ويقسم من حيث هوية مالكه إلى حمى عام وكان قبل الإسلام خاص بقبيلة أو معبد أو بعدة قبائل. وحمى خاص وكان قبل الإسلام خاص بشيوخ القبيلة وتحول في عصر الإسلام إلى القطائع التي أقطعت لبعض المسلمين.
Al Himmā: A place of pasture (grass) protected from the people in order to graze by their animals. There are two kinds of Al-Himmā in terms of ownership own: immovable property, and short dated property. And in term of essence of the owner is three parts: (1) general Himmā which was before Islam belong to a tribe or many tribes or temples. |
