اجريت هذه الدراسة لتحديد القدرة التثبيطية لنوعين من مثبطات انزيم الالفا اميليز AI1 وAI2 المعزولة من بذور الباقلاء ومثبط الالفا اميليز AI3 المعزول من بذور الشعير تجاه نمو ستة انواع من الاعفان Penicillium ssp وAspergillus flavus و Aspergillus nigerو Fusarium Solani و Fusarium Semitectum و Mucor وبثلاثة تراكيز 0.1 و 0.2 و 0.3 ملغم/ مل، اذ اثبت امتلاك المثبط المنقى من الباقلاء AI2 اعلى فعالية تثبيطية تجاه نمو اعفان الاختبار، كما بلغت نسبة التثبيط 53.75 و 62.5 و 78.5 و76.25 و 84 و18.8 %على التوالي عند تركيز 0.3 ملغم/ مل تلتها في ذلك AI1 للمثبط المنقى من الباقلاء ثم المثبط المنقى من الشعير AI3، اذ كانت نسبة التثبيط 43.75 و 50 و62.96 و 75 و 80 و 12.5 % و25 و 35 و 25.9 و 72.5 و 40 و 0% على التوالي عند تركيز 0.3 ملغم/ مل، وقد اظهر العفن F. semitectum حساسية اكبر تجاه المثبطات المختبرية، اذ بلغت نسبة التثبيط 84 و 80 و 40% لكل من المثبط المنقى من الباقلاء AI2 وAI1 والمثبط المنقى من الشعيرAI3 على التوالي عند التركيز 0.3 ملغم/مل، تلاه في ذلك عفن F.solani بنسبة تثبيط 76% للمثبط AI2 و 75% للمثبط AI1 ثم المثبط المنقى من الشعيرAI3 بنسبة 66.7% عند التركيز نفسه.
Activity test of the inhibitors purified from barley and broad beans crop proved the inhibition activity against 6 types of rots Pencillium ssp and Aspergellusflavus and Aspergillus niger and Fusarium solani and Fusarium semitectum and Mucor with three concentrations 0.1 and 0.2 and 0.3 mg/ml, where the inhibitor purified from the second peak of broad beans proved that it had a higher inhibition activity against the growth of test rots which were 53.75 and 62.5 and 78.5 and 76.25 and 84 and 18.8% respectively, at 0.3 mg/ ml followed by the first peak of the inhibitor purified from broad beans the inhibition activity were 43.75 and 50 and 62.96 and 75 and 80 and 12.5 then the inhibitor purified from barley in which the inhibition activity were 25 and 35 and 25.9 and 72.5 and 40 and 0 respectively, at concentration 0.3 mg/ml. |
